Terms & Conditions

Canadian customers

Shipping is free for all orders over $150 shipped within Canada

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders less than $150 shipped within Canada.

American customers

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all orders shipped to customers in the USA.  Luna Blue is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred to receive the order.

Undeliverable packages

If your package cannot be delivered because you have an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if you refuse the package or the package is unclaimed, Luna Blue will not be responsible if it is lost.  Ideally Canada Post will return it to us, and if that is the case we can refund you the amount for the products purchased, less the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs resulting from being returned to us.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that things don’t always work out when ordering online, so we would like to do our best to ensure that you are happy.

Please note: accessories and SALE items are final sale – no exceptions.


Need a different size or colour?  We can help you with that!  For the same style only, you can return your item to us (at your expense, within 10 days of receiving your order) and when reordering the same style, enter EXCHANGE in the promo code when checking out and the cost to mail your new order will be waived. American customers please use the EXCHANGEUSA promo code.  Please follow instructions below in Refund to send back the item you are exchanging.


  • Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the invoice included with your order.
  • Mail the unworn/unaltered item(s) back to us within 10 days of receiving your order, using a method that provides you with a tracking number (Canada Post offers this service), as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Remember to write down the tracking number for your records.
  • After receiving your return, within 3 business days we will refund your order, less a flat rate of $10 for the cost of shipping your original order to you.
  • When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.
  • If you choose to return to the item to our physical store, you will be issued store credit instead of a refund.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Accessories and SALE items are final sale, no exceptions.  Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, perfume), having stain or incomplete will not be refunded.
